BMI measures the relationship of weight to height. When calculated, your BMI will help determine your true weight status as either underweight, normal, overweight or obese.

Calculate your BMI with this simple mathematical formula: divide weight in pounds by height in inches, and multiply by a conversion factor of 703. Alternatively, you can refer to an easy-to-use BMI calculator.

BMI Weight Status

Underweight Below 18.5
Normal 18.5 – 24.9
Overweight 25.0 – 29.9
Obese 30.0 and Above
