Get Fit While You Shop

Try getting a mini-workout in the next time you shop at the mall.  Stair climbing and brisk walking are good calorie-burning activities, so walk up the escalator if stairs aren’t an option. Remember to wear comfortable walking shoes when you shop and to pick up your walking pace.
